FAQ

How do I register correctly?

  • Choose the course you want to attend. You will be automatically redirected to the registration page.
  • First-time registration
    • Enter your first and last name as well as your personnel number under "Name".
    • Use the email address that is stored in your e2n Perso-App under "Administration". Only this email gives access to the courses.
    • Set a personal password and complete the registration.
  • Afterwards, you can log in anytime with your credentials under "Login".

Which trainings are mandatory?

  • The informational letters explain which trainings are mandatory for you.
  • Note: Hygiene and Occupational Safety training must be completed annually.

Do I need proof of completion?

  • No, you do not need to submit proof.
  • We automatically receive confirmation and document your current training status.
  • If you have questions, please contact Mr. Sodar in Administration.

Do I have to answer all questions correctly?

  • Yes, the training is only considered passed if all questions are answered correctly.

How is my time credited and how much?

  • For each completed training, you will receive 30 minutes credit.
  • The time is recorded in e2n as soon as you have fully completed the Hygiene and Occupational Safety training.
  • The credit is handled by our HR department and may take a few days.
